What class should I start with?

Most of our classes are all level friendly, offering variations for all fitness levels. The classes are designed to complement one another for your complete fitness method. You can also choose to take any of your favorite class on its own.

Real Fit is our strength and high intensity training class that will get you to sweat and strenghten your full body, and help increase functional daily movements.

Rebound is a great choice if you like to sweat, bounce, tone and have a good time, while staying low impact.

Reform and Redefine are great options if you like toning, sculpting, and pilates.

If you are looking to minimize tightness and increase flexibility, you should definitely try a stretch class!

Even if you’re doing 10% of an exercise, as long as it’s to 100% of your ability, you’ll receive amazing results. Everyone is a beginner at first. The hardest part is getting started. Keep in mind that everyone was new or a beginner at first. Be nice to yourself and stay patient with the process. It takes 5-10 classes to really feel the classes out.

How far in advance can I reserve my class?

You can book your classes 2 weeks ahead of time. We encourage you to book your class ahead to ensure a spot in your favorite classes.

What if the class I want to book is full?

If the class you’re looking to book is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will get notified by email.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can change your reservation for class so long as it’s 16 hours before your scheduled class. If you need to move your booking after 16 hours of scheduled class, this would result in a cancellation and you would lose that class credit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel a reservation 16 hours before your scheduled class. Late cancellations will forfeit your class credit.

What if I am late to class?

We ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Warming up properly is a big component of a successful workout.

What is your refund policy?

Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Single classes expire 30 days from the date of purchase. All class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase, besides the 20 classes in 1 month package which expires 1 month.
