If I’m a beginner or haven’t worked out in a long time, what class should I start with?
If you are new to fitness, a minimum of 5 REal Fit Foundation classes are encouraged before joining the regular REal Fit class. All the other classes are mostly all level friendly, and each instructor offers variations for all fitness levels. Rebound & barre is a great choice if you like to dance cardio, bounce, tone and have a good time. Reform and Redefine are great options if you like toning, sculpting, stretching and pilates. If you are looking to increase flexibility and mobility, you should definitely try a stretch class too! Even if you’re doing 10% of an exercise, as long as it’s to 100% of your ability, you’ll receive 100% of the benefit and results. Everyone is a beginner at first. The hardest part is getting started. It takes 5-10 classes to get the feel of what the classes are about. Also experiment with multiple class concepts to experience the many different offerings and discover your favorite classes.
How far in advance can I reserve my class?
You can book your classes 2 weeks ahead of time. We encourage you to book your class several days in advance to guarantee your spot.
What if the class I want to book is full?
If the class you’re looking to book is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will get notified by email. You must book the spot or contact us to enroll you.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, you can change your reservation for class so long as it’s 16 hours before your scheduled class. If you need to move your booking after 16 hours of scheduled class, this would result in a cancellation and you would lose that class credit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel a reservation 16 hours before your scheduled class. Late cancellations will forfeit your class credit.
What if I am late to class?
We ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Warming up properly is a big component of a successful workout. Arriving late is also disruptive for the class and the instructor.
What is your refund policy?
Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Single classes expire 31 days from the date of purchase. All class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase, besides the 20 classes in 1 month package which expires 1 month.
